Motivation
Here I am 3 1/2 months after my last race, unfit as hell. My goal this year was to make it to Germany for world champs but looking at my training I can safely say that this is nothing more than a dream. I have wasted my time doing nothing, training only in my mind but not on the roads and track.
Lack of motivation? I have been down this road before but never for so long. Today monday 20th I'm gonna start back my training and I'm gonna do my best to post on here, weekly updates of what I did for the week. Maybe you guys out there can keep me going. Do check back for updates and my plans for the remainder of 2009.
On a sad note, we recently lost 5 members of our community, let's pray for those who lost loved ones thru death and for those who's loved ones are heading away for awhile, let's pray that the time away will give them time to reflect on their lives.

Hey Knockay,
Personally, I will be making a comeback this year to competitive basketball after my last Tournament in 2001!
The best and blessings to both of us for the comeback after a long hiatus, or in my case a lifetime. :D
