Carrot Cake recipe!
Ingredients
4 cups carrots
6 cups flour (mixed with spices that you like)
1/2 cup nuts(walnuts)
3 tsps baking soda
2 tsps baking powder
4 cups sugar
8 eggs
2 cups vegetable oil
1 can pineapple chunks (optional)
Method
Mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, sugar and oil in mixing bowl. Add eggs gradually and then lightly beat carrots, nuts and pineapple. Heat up the oven at 260 degrees. Should make two carrot cakes in two 8 inch pans.
