The government of St Lucia is vacillating putting this initiative in jeopardy and by so doing any future offers of help. What is the excuse now. They n have shown no vision and if by chance they placed a high premium or any premium on education and the youth they would act swiftly to guarantee these loans. If a few good men can do so much for our youth where is our government to step up to the plate.
